I really like Insignia’s flat shoes, but every time I visit their shop, I end up disappointed because their sizes are too small. They should make size 12 or 42 for people like us. What’s the point of running such a big business if they don’t have sizes for wider or larger feet? ECS and Lama are much better — at least they offer bigger sizes.
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service while trying to exchange my Comfort Line slip-ons. First, they didn't have the size I needed in stock. I repeatedly pointed out shoes I found on their website, but they were all out of stock in-store and only available online, so I couldn’t exchange them. I ended up having to settle for a pair that cost less, but instead of refunding the difference, they insisted I use the remaining balance on something else. It was frustrating and a waste of 30-45 minutes. They really need to either stock the sizes or make sure that items listed online are available in-store too.
Prices are a bit on higher side but the shoes are too comfortable and durable. I am a regular customer and always get something according to my requirement. But they are too slow when it is a matter of repair of the shoes.
Insignia Shop in Centaurus mall islamabad.insignia is a women shoes and bag s shop. They have large variety of shos and much expensive but the quality of their items are realy good.they have many outlete in islamabd and other citys of pakistan. Highly recommend this to specialy shoe lover like me😘.
